The above rental charges are inclusive of normal use electricity (not pool heat) water, air conditioning / heating, linens, towels, furniture, fixtures and fittings. Other facilities inclusive of charges include local telephone charges, cable television, use of pool, refuse collection, local / state taxes, housekeeping / cleaning before and after stay, maintenance of the gardens, servicing / cleaning maintenance of the pool during occupancy. Guests also have complimentary use of communal swimming pool / cabana, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and toddlers play area.

Discounts available for off peak low occupancy.
